Job Description
Qualification : CA/Inter CA
Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry/ Preferably CA Firm
We are looking for a Dynamic result driven Manager - Internal Audit. An internal audit manager s responsibilities include managing internal audits, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance:
Must Have:
- Internal Audit of all group company records and handling SAP module of Internal Audit.
- Monthly process audit of all departments at all locations across the organization e.g. Security, Stores, Dispatch, Production, QC, Admin department.
- Monthly physical verification of inventories at plant. Advise for variances to plant team in SAP vs Physical stock to match the same. Verification of all kind of records of gall group companies e.g. purchase, services, sales, statutory payments, fixed assets.
- Risk Assessment : Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
- Audit Planning : Develop detailed audit plans based on risk assessments and company objectives.
- Internal Controls Evaluation : Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Compliance Audits : Ensure the company adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Operational Audits : Analyze and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
- Reporting : Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Follow-Up : Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Fraud Detection : Investigate suspected fraudulent activities and recommend preventive measures.
Continuous Improvement: Advise management on improving internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of Regulations : Knowledge of industry regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Time Management : Ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Providing training and support to staff on internal control and compliance
- Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of audit information
- Preparing and presenting audit findings to the audit committee
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
