The Channels and Alliances Lead will be responsible for designing and executing the strategic roadmap to build, expand, and optimize client's India's partner ecosystem.
This role demands a strong leader who can cultivate long-term relationships with key channel partners, OEMs, system integrators, and alliances, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.
Strategy Development
- Define and implement the channels and alliances strategy aligned with client's India's business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances in the DC industry.
Partner Ecosystem Management
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with channel partners, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic alliance partners.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment.
- Revenue Growth
- Establish and achieve revenue targets through partnerships and alliances.
- Monitor partner performance and implement initiatives to maximize ROI.
Market Expansion
- Leverage partnerships to penetrate new markets, verticals, and customer segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify partnership opportunities.
- Collaboration and Alignment
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall business goals.
- Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners to drive seamless execution.
Contract Management
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and financial guidelines.
- Monitor contractual obligations and manage partner conflicts when necessary.
Thought Leadership
- Represent Client in industry forums, conferences, and partner events to promote the companys vision and offerings.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 15 to 20 years in channel management, alliances, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the IT/Telecom/Data Center sectors.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven track record in driving revenue through partnerships and alliances.
- Good understanding of the data center, cloud, and IT infrastructure ecosystem.
- Experience in managing complex, high-value partnerships across multiple geographies.
