Deputy General Manager/Lead - Digital Sales
Responsibilities:
- Looking for a dynamic sales leader who can grow revenue of our Digital Sales Team.
- The candidate should have relevant experience of managing digital sales teams in OEM/ SP and SI.
- Should have thorough understanding about Digital Sales models, Tools and frameworks.
- Should have sound understanding about the Core and Digital portfolio of Organization
- People Management experience and ability to navigate in complex & matrix organization would be an added advantage.
Sales strategy development:
- Creating and implementing comprehensive digital sales strategies aligned with overall business goals, including target market identification, lead nurturing campaigns, and pricing models.
Team management:
- Leading and motivating a team of digital sales representatives, assigning territories, setting individual sales targets, and coaching them to achieve optimal performance.
Customer relationship management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their digital needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Product expertise:
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's digital products and services, including features, benefits, and value proposition to effectively communicate them to potential clients.
