Senior Manager/Manager - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations & Communication:

- Organize investor conferences, quarterly analyst calls, sales roadshows, and investor events

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor queries, grievances, and performance updates

- Assist in planning client calls, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth investor communication

- Ensure timely updates on the InvIT website with relevant investor-related materials

Regulatory Compliance & Market Intelligence:

- Support IPO-related processes and documentation in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors

- Track market trends, investor queries, and competitor analysis to enhance investor engagement strategies

- Benchmark company valuation and positioning against industry peers

Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred)

- 7-9 years of experience, with at least 3 years in InvIT, AIF, or Infrastructure Investment

- Strong financial market knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
