Position: Organisation Development Specialist
The OD Specialist will contribute to the design and delivery of Talent Management & Organisation development programs and processes. This role will also be responsible for management of change in support of the Masteks strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation and administration of end to end performance management systems and processes, to drive accountability and performance excellence.
- Facilitating workshops & training sessions on topics related to organizational development and change management.
- Bring on the table the best practices, market research and new age thought process in leadership development, organizational development, and organizational behaviour which in turn support Masteks long term people strategy and provides best in class career opportunities to Mastekeers.
- Evaluating existing policies, practices, and systems and recommending improvements
- Collaborate with people partners and other business managers to identify and address areas of opportunity for organisation & leadership development.
- High data orientation and ability to measure and articulate the impact of programs and processes in the form of data.
- Challenge our thinking to help us grow and keep growing.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of organization-wide programs and initiatives focused on organizational development, change management, talent management, talent development and employee engagement.
- Provide support in managing organizational change initiatives by assisting with communication efforts, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure successful adoption and implementation of change initiatives.
Your Background, Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of overall experience in Talent Management & Organisation Development.
- Experience in administering HRMS platforms. SAP Successfactor experience would be desirable.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating global program and organization-wide initiatives involving stakeholders at all levels and across all functional areas of a matrixed and integrated organization.
- Well researched on new age practices around such programs, behavioural assessments and Hi-po programs.
- Exposure to driving 360 degree assessments, 9 Box assessment, competency frameworks and similar performance management and career development methodologies.
- Experience with data collection practices and a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfort with ambiguity as we develop a new area of work. Experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and various electronic communication tools
- Great articulation and presentation skills to be able to create impactful story lines for problems and recommendations.
