Techno-Functional Lead - Veeva Vault Systems Integration

Job Description: The Techno-Functional Lead will be responsible for managing both the technical and functional aspects of Veeva Vault systems integration. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business analysis skills, and project management capabilities to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Veeva Vault applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and integration of Veeva Vault applications, including PromoMats, Network, MedComms, Align, MyInsights Studio, and Key Account Management (KAM).
• Design scalable and efficient technical solutions leveraging Veeva and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Drive innovation and optimize business processes through effective use of Veeva Vault systems.
• Provide Veeva subject matter expertise and technical direction for major projects and programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Engage with key business stakeholders to define and implement the project vision.
• Address complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Veeva Vault applications and their integration with other platforms using APIs and web services.
• Strong technical architecture skills and hands-on experience in configuring Veeva Vault systems.
• Proficiency in business analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead major projects and programs, providing technical direction and expertise.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and drive discussions.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors and their regulatory requirements.
• Bachelors degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
