Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Project Analyst to join our team and contribute to a high-impact Veeva Vault migration project for a leading pharmaceutical client.
This role requires an individual with expertise in data analysis, project coordination, and risk management to ensure a smooth transition aligned with GCS (Global Clinical Supply) goals.
As a Project Analyst, you will work across all Veeva Vaults (RIM, Quality, Clinical) and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the success of the migration lifecycle.
This role will report to the GCS PMO Lead.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend all RIM and Quality Veeva project meetings, including configuration and requirement sprint meetings, to translate needs and actions to the GCS team.
- Collaborate with the Veeva team to schedule meetings in advance, set agendas, and notify relevant GCS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Coordinate with the GCS PMO, line management, and SMEs to ensure appropriate representation in meetings.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts with the Veeva team and GCS stakeholders.
- Compile document types and approval flows from GDMS (Global Document Management System) prior to configuration meetings.
- Provide weekly status reports highlighting actions, needs, and risks suitable for senior leadership.
- Work with GCS lines to identify in-scope GDMS documents and connected systems/tools.
- Support training and change management deliverables, including participation in Veeva change management and training meetings.
- Ensure adherence to line project standards and consistency across tasks.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Required Areas of Expertise :
- Ability to gather and analyze project performance metrics.
- Skilled in managing project schedules and ensuring alignment with goals.
- Excellent reporting and stakeholder communication skills, especially with senior leadership.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Capable of identifying and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Experience in project coordination or analysis (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences).
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault platforms (RIM, Quality, Clinical) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
