Veeva Clinical/RIM System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain RIM processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Manage system configurations related to IMPD, xEVMPD, eCTD, and eCTD4 specifications.
• Design and manage system interfaces between Veeva and other platforms to optimize data flow and functionality.
• Conduct or oversee Veeva system training for users, ensuring competency in system utilization and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Ensure systems and processes meet GxP requirements and maintain audit readiness.
• Collaborate on GxP IT system projects, providing expertise in RIM system requirements and implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience as a Veeva Clinical and/or RIM system administrator or similar RIM platform.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements including IMPD, xEVMPD, eCTD, and eCTD4 specifications.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring RIM systems to meet business and regulatory needs.
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, and interfaces within Veeva systems.
