Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support
Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
Take minutes during key meetings and ensure follow-up on action items. Strategic Coordination
Collaborate with various teams to gather information and provide the CEO with concise updates on key projects.
Support the CEO in tracking and prioritizing strategic initiatives. Communication
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing incoming emails, calls, and requests.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients, on behalf of the CEO.
Ensure that communication between the CEO and the team is seamless and efficient. Event and Meeting Coordination
Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings, conferences, and events.
Assist in organizing CEO participation in industry forums, startup pitch events, and media appearances. Confidentiality and Discretion
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEOs focus remains on high-priority initiatives
