Position: Sales Executive

Department: Foundry Unit

No. of Vacancies: 2


Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager


Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Sales Executives to join our team in the Foundry Unit. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our casting products. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry with a well-established company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Visit customer sites to understand their casting requirements and effectively present our products and services.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the foundry industry, expanding the customer base.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including foundries, engineering companies, and manufacturers.
  4. Technical Consultations: Conduct technical discussions with clients to understand their casting needs and provide optimal solutions.
  5. Sales Proposals & Quotations: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, tenders, and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
  6. Negotiation: Lead contract and agreement negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  8. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the foundry industry or a related field.
  2. Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the foundry industry, including casting processes, materials, and applications.
  4. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or business.
  8. Certification: GST Certificate (attached for reference).

Additional Information:

  • Headcount: The current team consists of 10 employees.
  • Previous Portal Usage: The company has not used any recruitment portals previously but is now open to utilizing them.
