Profile : DevOps Lead Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our DevOps initiatives, automating processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our software products. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the DevOps team. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stay up to date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies. Infrastructure Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration processes using tools like Terraform, Appium, Cucumber , Selenium Optimize infrastructure performance and resource utilization. CI/CD Pipeline: Build, configure, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. Automate testing, deployment, and release processes. Implement effective monitoring and alerting systems. Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Implement cloud security best practices and compliance standards. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Participate in incident response and problem-solving activities. Requirements: Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) In-depth knowledge of configuration management tools (Appium, Cucumber , Celenium ) Expertise in CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience leading and mentoring teams Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc.) Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards If you are passionate about DevOps, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute to our success, we encourage you to apply
