Proven work experience in digital marketing with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing and paid media campaigns.
Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms facebook, Instagram, youtube, twitter.
Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging, high quality content, and customer queries.
o Analyse social media metrics, gain insights from market and customer behaviour using Sprinklr tool.
Effectively manage paid media campaigns - ensuring on time execution, regular campaign performance monitoring and optimization of campaign performance.
o Data driven mindset, with ability to analyse KPIs and use insights for campaign optimization.
o Should have working knowledge of Google Adwords, Google DV360 Platform, Meta Ads Manager.
Works closely with the internal teams and digital media agencies to achieve brand objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and should be able be able to work with cross functional teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Need to be well versed with website analytics tools Google Analytics 4
Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
