Job description
We are looking for a highly-creative digital marketing manager. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brands influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Role & responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals
3. Ability to tailor content as per audience demographics across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.) for all digital marketing campaigns.
4. Should be able to manage social media properties (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including daily monitoring, posting, and content development.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation
6. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed decisions
7. Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign, content marketing etc.
8. Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
9. Collaborate with the sales and product team to create sales enablement materials, including presentations, product collateral, and customer success stories
10. Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand credibility and thought leadership
11. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market
12. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Preferred candidate profile
(1). Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
(2). Should be well versed with Google Analytics,Webmasters,and other web analytics tools.
(3). Deep expertise in digital marketing to a B2B / B2C audience required.
