AM/DM - Transmission group : Market Quality

1. Handling of market feedbacks, and warranty issues related to transmission/vehicle drive train.
2. Coordination with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedbacks.
3. Well versed with quality tools & problem-solving technique.
4. Diagnose and resolve customer complaints.
5. Action judgement for critical market issues (handling recalls, service campaigns).
6. Warranty data analysis & initiate proactive action & strategies for market claim reduction.

Competency Requirements

1. Profound knowledge on vehicle power train architect & vehicle communication tools .
2. Understanding & know how on automatic transmission & clutch release system
3. Know how on e-axle (EV) and its trouble shoot
4. Good understanding on power train layout and functioning
5. Must have knowledge of Transmission Control Module (TCM) and related trouble shoot
6. Exposure to TM ASSY related defects, know how of fool proofing POYE KOYE , process automation
7. Work experience in handling of transmission power train.
8. Well versed with problem solving tools, qc tools & complex problem solving through FTA.
