Job Responsibilities :

Die Development for Sheet Metal Parts - Transfer & Tandem press line:

• Die design validation
• Die development - Project management from the design stage to the commissioning stage
• Inspection of dies at various stages
• Trials & proving of die

Competencies / Skills :

• Basic knowledge of UG NX/Auto Cad/ MS-Excel
• Understanding of Die Development, Die trials/modification, Die Repair & Panel Proving
• Part Quality maturation process and Die modification work for part Quality/Accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Yield improvement techniques
• Basic understanding project management.
