Deputy Manager - Facility Planning, Installation & Commissioning

• R&D Facility Planning, Project management & Budget control
• Indirect Procurement (AMC/ Spares & Capex related)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :-

• Driving adherence to practices for Budget planning in accordance to ZBB philosophy, spend analysis, and management reporting

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS :-

• Sourcing & Budgeting Experience (Level: Expert):
• Expertise in sourcing, logistics and vendor management area
• Strong Negotiating and influencing skills: able to influence business partners and suppliers as well as the ability to be assertive to ensure compliance to contracts
• Knowledge of International business concepts, eg. L/C, INCO Terms, Custom Clearance, etc.
• Deep understanding of Capital Budget planning, approval and monitoring.
• Analytical Aptitude (Level: Expert):
• Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret the data for spend analysis and management reporting
• Expertise in data analysis and info-graphic visualization using advanced excel functions and Power Point
• Logical reasoning and problem solving skills
• Financial Acumen (Level: Intermediate):
• Information of indirect and direct taxation and its impact on sourcing cycle.
• Awareness of the changing rules and its impact on work areas
• General Competencies (Level: Expert):
• Conceptual understanding of processes and deliverables
• Task orientation and quality consciousness
• Process oriented mindset in executing activities in compliance to the company guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
