Job Description

Project management activities for setting up new studio facilities for Maruti Suzuki Design.

Responsibilities:

Coordination with cross function teams like Facility planning, supply chain and suppliers.

Alignment MSIL s Studio with future project plan SMC processes.

Taking necessary management approval. (IPR/RRFQ etc)

Project status monitoring, Budget Planning,

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

Sourcing Experience (Level: Intermediate)

a. Knowledge of sourcing and MSIL procurement process.

b. Knowledge of Capital / Revenue procurement process and roles of Supply chain and finance.

Analytical Aptitude (Level: Medium):

a. Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret the data.

b. Expertise in data analysis using excel functions and Power Point

c. Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Financial Acumen (Level: Intermediate):

a. Information of indirect and direct taxation, Capital Revenue

Plan, Budget planning, Asset management
