Job Description

1. New color development:- Discussion with Engineering team regarding color development for new & existing models.

2. Knowledge of paint testing methods as per standards.

3. Co-ordination with Supply chain for material procurement.

4. Management of the team to achieve the organisational targets.

6. Discussion with the customers (Paint shops) for their concerns and feedbacks.

7. Analysis of the paint process, paint quality improvement, defects monitoring and equipment focussing on the paint finish.

8. Benchmarking with other OEM for development of new material.

9. Co-ordination with internal teams for production trials and shade stabilization.
