Maintenance Shop In-charge (TRD)

1. Able to read mechanical machine drawings.
2. Able to resolve mechanical problems of Conventional machines, CNC machines, press machines and EOT cranes, with his practical hands-on experience.
3. Planning & executing the preventive & predictive maintenance of all installed equipments.
4. Analyzing & reduce the repeat faults. (root cause analysis)
5. Understanding of the Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits & analyses of problems.
6. Able to prepare ISO and maintenance review documents.
7. Should be flexible to work in shifts & different locations.
8. Follow-up with AMC parties for timely completion of maintenance activities.
9. Able to understand processes & make schedule.
10. Quality work output without any Rework/Rejection.
11. Daily monitoring & update of Schedule & daily work entry.
12. Able to understand machine parts & store management system.
13. Able to procure maintenance spare parts.

Competencies/Skills :

1. Good drawing reading skills.
2. Good knowledge of Auto-CAD software.
3. Good knowledge of computer (MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint etc.)
4. Ability to coach, counsel, and manage the team.
5. Hands-on experience in machine maintenance & decision-making as per requirement.
6. Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with different stakeholders
7. Self-supervising within the guidance and expectations of direct management
