Job Description
Take care of business development, expansion and land / property acquisition as per MSIL s requirement
Strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Process with strong ethical behaviour
Development / support in process strengthening / control measures (SOP s/Process) and ensuring their implementation.
Desirable:
- Conduct Valuation of properties through various IPC and generate insights for business decisions.
- Well documentation skills for auditing and reporting purposes in accordance with statutory requirements and compliances and internal SOPs.
- Vendor handling and negotiation skills.
- Internal coordination with Zonal teams, project team, legal team, finance team and other business stake holders.
- In-dept understanding of real estate industry.
- Maintaining strong relationships with local brokers / consultants/ leading IPCs / Land-owners
- Proficient in MS Office/ Presentations and other Office IT tools.
- Adhere to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects.
- MIS & Reporting experience
