Job Description
- Experienced in Loan division especially in SME Loans and Credits.
- From Financial Education background is preferred.
- Organize workshops for counseled entrepreneurs.
- Collect all documents from the potential entrepreneurs and help them to complete this process.
- Conduct Site Verification visits and organize technical evaluations of Prospective entrepreneurs.
- Guide and coordinate for financials of the potential entrepreneurs with Auditors to complete CIBIL process.
- Complete summary first draft and submit to Finance Officer, arrange for 2 Internal Selection Panel /month.
- Recommend list of sanctioned cases to stage 3 for mentor allocation.
- Prepare/collect minutes of first meetings and attach with proposals to ensure smoother approvals.
- Maintain MIS from workshop to disbursal and SSC collection.
- Monitor SSC receipts and follow up on defaults based on red flag raised by stage 3 and MIS received from banks.
- Record and document all follow-up meetings with entrepreneurs with reference to defaults / NPAs.
