Job Description

• Visit to industrial areas and sale the products such as lubricant oils and grease etc.
• Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, last-lasting customer relationships by promoting with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements / Skills -

• build relationships with customers and industrial clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure sales and maintain customer loyalty.
• Effective communication skills to present product information and address customer concerns.
• Comprehensive understanding of different oil products like lubricants and their applications.
• Ability to generate leads and identify potential new customers.
• Deep understanding of the local market including competitor landscape, customer needs, and distribution channels.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies to different customer segments within the local market.
• Awareness of industry regulations, safety standards, and pricing dynamics.

Education & Experiences

Graduation OR B.E in Mechanical Engineer OR MBA in Marketing
