As I worked in India Marriott so I didn't like the working hours minimum is 12 hrs and the weekly day off will be there 6 per month but it's depend upon the restaurant manager or f and b manager I didn't get weekly off . Just only the shift hours and weekly day off. If they plan one off day per week then the employees do it better of their new ideas, by hanging out and do better.
