NPD Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated NPD (New Product Development) Executive to join our team at Marque Impex Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for managing the product development process, from concept to production, ensuring innovation and quality in line with customer and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Work on new product designs, concepts, and prototypes based on market trends and client requirements.
• Sample Coordination: Manage and track sample development, modifications, and approvals.
• Material Sourcing: Identify and source raw materials in coordination with the purchase team.
• Process Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Costing & Feasibility: Assist in product costing, material selection, and feasibility analysis.
• Documentation & Reports: Maintain detailed records of product development, timelines, and approvals.
• Customer Communication: Liaise with clients for design approvals, modifications, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Product Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in New Product Development, preferably in the handicraft/export industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, production processes, and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or other design software is a plus.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
