Role & responsibilities :
Recruitment & Selection:
• Assist in the recruitment process by assisting in Coordination with TPOs, candidates and Panellists for Interviews
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Support hiring managers in candidate assessment and decision-making processes.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training.
• Manage exit interviews, conduct exit formalities, and complete offboarding documentation.
OJT/ AFE Records & HR Documentation:
• Maintain accurate OJTs records and ensure HR files are up-to-date.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employment agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and regulations.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
• Assist in planning and organizing Trainees engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and promote a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Administration:
• Process payroll inputs, leave applications, and attendance records.
• Manage HR software and databases to track employee information and performance data.
• Handle benefits administration, including insurances and other employee benefits.
Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines.
• Prepare and submit regular HR reports (MIS) on hiring, attrition & diversity ratio.
