Lead Quality Analyst - Black Box/White Box Testing (7-10 yrs)

Position Name MS & Power BI QA Lead.

Experience 7+ Years.

Shift IST or UK Shift.

Responsibilities :

- For SQL Data Platform, Power BI, Data Analytic Related Apps.

- Develop and execute test plans for new developments and continuous monitoring including smoke testing, integration testing, regression testing, sanity testing, white box testing, and black box testing.

- Document, log, and track identified issues.

- Reviewing test results and documentation and ensuring the completeness of the- documentation.

- Manage team workload and ensure project milestones are met.

- Determine business impact level for data quality issues.

- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to address and correct data quality issues.

- Determine the root cause for data quality issues and make recommendations for long-term- solutions.

- Develop process improvements and automation frameworks to enhance overall data quality and efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to data quality standards.

- Identify areas of improvement to achieve data quality.

- Monitor and report on data quality assurance/production performance metrics.

- Document and communicate processes and procedures.

Requirements / Specifications Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, data analytics, computer science or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of Data Analysis/QA experience preferably in a Data Engineering or Reporting capacity.

- Experience leading testing teams.

- Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Transact SQL for extracting and analyzing data.

- Experience with Microsoft SQL and Oracle Databases.

- Query development using t-sql, pl/sql, Power Query, Python, R.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Creative and innovative thinker, diligent and meticulous.

- Ability to research and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.

- Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner, can prioritize tasks, have time-management & troubleshooting capabilities.
