Job Title : Lead QA.

Job Location : Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana.

Employment Type : Full Time.

Experience Required : 5+ Years

Shift Timing : 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Friday, With 1 and 3 Saturdays are WFH).

Objective of the role :

Adsparkx is looking for a full-Lead-QA Role for our Gurgaon Based Team.

Quality Assurance (QA) Leads play a critical role in software development, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality before reaching the customer.

Their expertise in testing methodologies and tools is indispensable for maintaining product integrity.

Requirements and skills :

- 5+ years experience in a QA.

- Certification in testing automation and all phases of testing including white box, black box, performance and stress testing.

- Plan quality assurance activities and testing and review test plans and scenarios.

- Lead the adoption or development of new quality assurance methods and/or techniques.

- Identify opportunities to improve quality assurance methods using techniques including through implementation of automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Maintenance of automated testing solutions.

- Experience as Sr. Test Automation of Applications, Tools or Test Automation Frameworks using any high-level structured programming language.

- Hands-on experience Test Automation Framework implementations.

- Understanding of design patterns, data structures, and experience working in a layered architecture with significant experience applying those skills in test environments.

- Experience in Test Framework design and implementation.
