Urgent opening for Executive/ Sr.Executive-Purchase Raw Material

Role & responsibilities

• Purchase of Pharma raw materials such as APIs & Excipients for production unit.
• Purchase of R&D chemicals and consumables supplies for R&D unit, equipments, impurities chemical.
• Prepare and process requisitions & purchase orders.
• Conduction of primary activity daily on SAP such as open PR, open PO, Vendor Registration, MIRO / MIGO, Service Sheet entry, checking inventory levels & consumption pattern.
• Planning, organizing and managing projects taking into accounts priorities, resources, budgets.
• Inventory management by ensuring efficiency and balancing requisition, acquisition, procurement and carrying.
• Working with production team hand in hand for smooth functioning of plant.
• Inter department co-ordination to understand their material requirement.
• Develop sourcing and procurement activities that support key business objectives and add value and efficiency to the organization.
• Have thorough knowledge of domestic procurement and import of material.
• Develop new vendors to ensure sourcing competitive pricing of materials and better delivery options.
• Solving all the regulatory need by chasing necessary documents & literature from vendor.
• Participate in the development of specifications for new products or substitute material.
• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
• Transportation & logistics co-ordination.
