Raw Material Sourcing Purchase Specialist

Responsibilities:
( ) Work with internal team and suppliers to purchase the raw materials and perform the prototype delivery schedules
( ) Responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating the best and raising the purchase order
( ) Interface with cross functional teams to execute their Material request, evaluate supplier and contracting with certain terms and conditions
( ) Ensure the system support and procedure are executed as per the business needs, quality and service which are in cost effective manner
( ) Support new supplier qualification activities, work with account and operation team to clear the payment issues
( ) Ability to maintain the multiple database specified to raw materials, batch issued details and further supplier information

Required Skills:
( ) 5+ years of experience in Procurement or supply chain related to cosmetics or Pharma industry
( ) Strong communication and negotiation skill
( ) Ability to work independent
( ) Proficient in MS office, Tally, ERP / SAP
( ) Proficient in English Reading, Writing & Speaking
