Job Description
- Finding prospects and converting leads
- Converting leads received from internal sources
- Acquire new clients for the organization
- Target will be of both acquiring new clients and getting new assets (on a net basis)
- One-point contact for clients for all queries and support needed
- Retention of existing clients will also be a key requirement
- Clarify any doubts that the customer may have regarding his/her investments.
- Liaising with the other departments to get the queries of the customers resolved
- Connecting with clients for various needs of the organisation
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Good understanding of investment related products
- Preference for candidates with experience in investment advisory or wealth management or stock broking preferably in client facing role (of 1-3years)
- Adept with the English language, excellent communication, and writing skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
- They should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints
