Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, goals, and roadmap.

- Design simple and intuitive user interfaces through wireframes and mock-ups.

- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business goals.

- Translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.

- Stay Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Work with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

- Develop go-to-market plans and collaborate with marketing and sales teams for product launches.

- Monitor product metrics, analyze data, and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and address inquiries and issues.

- Act as a liaison between different departments to gather requirements and provide updates.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competition.

- Ensure product quality and usability through user acceptance testing and feedback analysis.

Education & Skillsets :

- 6 to 8 years of experience with minimum 3+ years' experience In Product Management role in BFSI segment is mandatory

- Graduation/ Post Graduation (MBA) Degree from a reputed institute

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Product strategy, market research, project management, communication, UX/UI understanding, technical knowledge, analytical skills, leadership, adaptability, and collaboration are essential skill sets for a Product Manager
