Position Title : Marketing Manager
Reports To : Divisional Head

Role Summary : As a Marketing Manager focused on brand strategy and new product launches, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product launches. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Creative Services, to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
Role Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand identity and awareness.
- Create and oversee marketing plans for new product launches, from market research to post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales to understand market needs and customer preferences, ensuring marketing efforts are customer-centric.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including advertising, product collateral, and digital assets.
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets to optimize marketing spend.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing efforts.
- Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on brand and product performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications, Job Knowledge And Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Science is preferable, Training and Development, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Project management skills to plan and execute training initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Knowledge, Skill And Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand strategy and product launches.
- Strong understanding of brand development principles.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the sales process and its integration with marketing strategies.
Expereince :
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of success in brand strategy and new product launches.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment Requirements : Travelling will be required on need basis
