Job Title: Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Overview: A Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services. They play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and ultimately boosting sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and websites
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenditures
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (Fresher can also apply)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
