Designation : Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
a. Responsibility: acquire, clean, segment and enrich data for edm campaigns Lead
generation and branding through targeting database in email campaigns
b. Develop database strategies based on team goals and ensure lead generation.
Generating and qualifying new prospects for sales.
c. Nurturing existing prospects to the point of conversion for the Sales team and hence
conversion to a qualifResearch and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing
schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing
strategies
d. Collaborate with content and design teams to generate creative content for both online
and offline publishing and for both internal and external purposes Building and
maintaining strong professional relations with existing vendors and finding new vendors
for various marketing activities Organize internal and external events for ETP is a plus
e. Create & maintain monthly, quarterly, annual marketing plans, calendars, budget
sheets, and reports Maintain a documented pipeline of lead generation activities.
Introduce Best Practices into marketing operations
Key skills:
a. Proficiency in MS office and Google Suite Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
b. Should have experience in collecting and building database for a B2B company
c. Should have worked with a CRM system like Zoho and hubspot
d. Should have good analytical skills and be able to research and identify the current trends of the market
e. Should have a good reasoning and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and
manage time effectively.
f. Follow the existing norms of reporting and communication as well as introduce methods to
improvAbility to multi-task and prioritise a high-volume workload as appropriate.
g. Research, analysis, writing, public speaking, interpersonal communication.
h. Should be a process and KRA driven team player
i. Should be familiar with tools like lusha, bouncify (Good to have)
j. Vendor management skills: film makers, editors, PR agencies, graphic designers, content
creators, SEO agencies
Candidate profile:
a. BE, BBA, BMC or BMS, MBA - Marketing
b. Minimum 1 year of work experience
