About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Inbound Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of driving high-volume user sign-ups in a freemium model or social-driven recruitment platform . The ideal candidate should have experience leveraging organic growth strategies, social media engagement, and performance marketing to attract a large audience of job seekers.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement high-impact inbound marketing campaigns to drive mass sign-ups for Zazz\u2019s recruitment platform.
- Leverage organic and paid growth strategies , including SEO, social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts), and viral content creation .

Create engaging short-form content (videos, reels, social ads) that attracts and converts job seekers.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user engagement tracking .

Work closely with growth marketing and content teams to improve sign-up conversion rates.
Requirements Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in inbound or performance marketing with a focus on high-volume user acquisition .
- Strong expertise in social media marketing , content virality , and SEO optimization .
- Ability to craft TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts content that drives engagement .
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation .
- Experience in recruitment marketing is a plus .
