Business Head

Role & responsibilities:

O Responsibilities:Operational Management:1. Oversee day-to-day company operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.2. Execute managements decisions on strategy, structure and process.3. Develop, submit and implement operating budgets, projects and maintenance programs to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations respecting good manufacturing practices.

1. Manage yearly and quarterly budgeting process in alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Conduct daily review meeting and monthly operational review meetings.
3. Ensure Monthly Business Review meetings are conducted as per ISO standards with departmental heads
4. Assess financial statements and activity reports to measure productivity and determine cost reduction areas.
5. Work with departmental heads to develop and implement departmental objectives in alignment with organizational goals and define action plan to achieve the target set.
6. Responsible for maintaining stock of inventory including raw materials and finished goods efficiently.
7. Introduce efficiency improvement projects

Sales:11. Responsible for overall sales function (B2B International, B2B India & B2C)12. Conduct regular sales review meeting to assess the performance of the team13. Submit various sales report to the CEO and other directors on a weekly /monthly basis14. Responsible for the realization of revenue an adherence to credit period Production and Quality:

1. Evaluate production methods and equipment on a continuous basis
2. Establish and implement Production performance enhancement parameters by driving cost control standards, waste control procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices ( 5S, TPM,OEE)
3. Propose quality improvement and cost saving projects.
4. Responsible for implementing manufacturing processes and techniques to boost productivity and efficiency.
5. Co-ordinate with the other department heads to ensure continuous flow of the production process.
6. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and implemented to all segments of the organization

Information Technology:

1. Responsible for design and implementation of IT software
2. Provide IT infrastructure to support business growth ( system e-mail software)

People Management and Administration:

1. Ensure 100% compliance to all statutory and legal requirements of the organization.
2. Co-ordinate with various banks to optimize term loan, bank rates, forex etc.
3. Co-ordinate with statutory bodies for efficient functioning of the organization
4. Supervise, motivate, and engage teams into constructive activities in alignment with organizational goals.
5. Enhance overall employee engagement activities ensuring a productive workforce
6. Conduct employee welfare activities to improve employee morale and satisfaction
7. Introduce various trainings thereby developing a skilled workforce for a progressive business environment. utline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
