Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. You will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales goals and objectives, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with executive management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Sales Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to share insights with the executive team.
Adjust sales strategies based on performance analysis and market feedback.
Utilize CRM systems and data analytics to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members.
Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, ideally in Education Industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
