Job Description:

• Sales & Marketing for Control Panels i.e. LT panels (MCC,PCC,APFC), HT Panels, LV/MV Switchboards, Starter panels, PLC Panel, DG Synch Panel, Distribution boards, etc.
• Knowledge of MCB, MCCB, Relays, ACB.
• Involved in Brand building activities, launch of new Products.
• Lead Generation and Negotiation skills.
  
• To develop and retain OEMs, EUs and Corporate Customers.
• Identify major solution requirements for the focus segments
  
• Understanding of Handling large value contracts and commercial terms
• Technically sound and willing to learn new concepts.
• Person will be daily reporting to GM and MD
  

Qualification:

• Diploma or BE / B. Tech in Electrical engineering with Minimum 6+ years relevant experience

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Comfortable in managing complex and demanding situations.
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and to work in cross functional teams with multiple skills sets.
• Determination, capacity to organize the own daily work and capacity to address multiple and diverse technical issue in a complex environment.
