Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the specialty chemicals industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.


Required Skill- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of chemical formulations, applications, and processes.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute plans to drive sales growth.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives for the specialty chemicals division.
Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and applications for specialty chemicals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to provide customized solutions to meet client needs and maximize revenue.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee pricing strategies and manage contract negotiations with customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and solutions
