Manager /Senior Manager Human Resource

This role plays a critical part in attracting and retaining talent by ensuring the organization is recognized as a desirable place to work. A strong employer brand enhances recruitment efforts, boosts employee morale, and fosters long-term loyalty.

Role & responsibilities

1. Employer Brand Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to position the organization as a preferred employer.
• Utilize digital platforms, social media, and career websites to showcase employee testimonials, workplace culture, and career growth opportunities.
• Develop engaging content, such as videos, blogs, and social media posts, to showcase the workplace culture.
• Make content creation and HR marketing to manage and optimize content on the companys career website to attract potential candidates.
• Monitor employer reviews on platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn, and respond appropriately to enhance the companys reputation
• Track and analyze key metrics related to employer brand effectiveness, such as application rates, social media engagement, and employee retention.

2. Employee Rewards & Recognition:

• Promote internal brand advocacy by engaging current employees as brand ambassadors by promoting their positive experiences.
• Create initiatives like Employee Awards that highlight employee achievements.
• Gather feedback through employee engagement surveys to identify areas of improvement.
• Foster a positive on-boarding experience to strengthen new hires perceptions of the brand.

3. Talent Attraction and Recruitment:

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to create compelling job descriptions and postings.
• Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Manage the screening, interviewing, and selection process to ensure quality hires.
• Ensure the hiring process is efficient and candidates are assessed using consistent and fair criteria.
• Organize employer branding for colleges outreach program to conduct campus recruitment drive for hiring engineers and management trainee and ensure their yearlong assessments.

4. Learning and Development

• Align the employees to the organizations vision, values, culture by collaborating with HODs and conducting the Marathon Dharma workshops regularly.
• Conduct Need Analysis to develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Collaborate with HODs to Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to employee needs.
• Create IDPs to align L&D initiatives with performance management processes to enhance productivity.
• Facilitate workshops to create a report on the ROI of L&D programs and their impact on organizational performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and communication principles.
• Creativity in developing engaging employer brand content.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
