Responsibilities

Content Writing & Copywriting

• Write captions, video scripts, and ad copy for campaigns that hooks audiences and drives engagement.
• Craft long-form blogs and articles to tell stories about our projects, vision, and impact.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Content Creation

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit thumb-stopping videos for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Capture stunning visuals with professional equipment (yes, weve got drones and 360 cameras).
• Produce talking head videos, interviews, and podcasts that educate and inspire.

Social Media Strategy & Marketing

• Dream up and execute social media campaigns that make people stop, scroll back, and hit follow.
• Manage a content calendar that aligns with key launches and events.
• Analyze whats working, whats not, and tweak strategies for maximum impact.
• Manage influencer campaigns from ideation to execution, tracking performance and ROI.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, social media marketing and content creation
• A portfolio that shows off your creativity Ads, reels, blogs, videos, whatever youre proud of.
• Killer writing skillsyou know how to tell a story in 280 characters or less and craft compelling long-form pieces.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills (using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) would be a big plus.
• Experience working with influencers and managing collaborations would be a bonus
