Job Description

Overview:. We seek a skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, to lead our application development and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of project management processes.

Work Timings:Should be flexible. Experience:8 to 10 years experience. Work Location:Remote (Work from anywhere with good connectivity). Responsibilities:. Oversee and manage technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive application development projects.

Utilize AWS services to enhance infrastructure and application performance.

Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Foster a culture of design thinking and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications:. Proven experience in program management within cloud environments, preferably AWS.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.

Familiarity with application development and maintenance processes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for learning and adopting new technologies.

Preferred:. Experience with a solid AWS background is essential.

Understanding agile project management and design thinking methodologies is desirable.

8 to 10 years of relevant experience in cloud and program management.

Educational Qualification:. BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech/MCA with Computer Science or IT specialization.
