Job Description

This position will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of design development works, including overall development management of new developments and existing assets across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects.

Job Responsibilities

Conceptualise all development design requirements including preliminary massing, schedule of areas and specifications and formulate design briefs to ensure that these are aligned with the Company s development strategy.

Manage and control the development of design concepts/options, pipelines for the projects and to ensure these options/concepts are delivered on time and meet the Asset Manager s Requirements.

Manage the design consultants and liaise with all relevant authorities to meet the Company s development strategy and Asset Manager s requirement.

Accountable and responsible for the management of the design development process from inception to completion.

Ensure that the design meets the required quality and in compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.

Job Requirements

Master and/or Degree in Architecture.

At least 10 years of relevant design development experience in the execution of Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Logistics projects, with the ability to draw, design and articulate key construction details for the building.

Technical skills in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe in Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper.

Knowledge of parametric design and ability to write scripts would be an advantage.

Technical skills in producing and developing architectural details and specifications.

Seeks continuous improvement to design and processes through consistently challenging the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of the development.
