Executive, Administration

Provide administrative support to Board and Management Committee.
Coordinating with Statutory Auditors on corporate services related matters and provide required supporting documents for audit purposes.
Work closely with HQ team to maintain and update the Registry of Members, Directors, Shareholders, Debenture holders, etc Support in the planning of meetings in an efficient and proactive manner.
Prepare and communicate agendas, documents, minutes, and maintaining corporate registers.
Coordinate with HQ and external Corporate Secretariat consultants on new entity creation and compliance matters.
Deal with corporate legal and constitutional issues, liaise with lawyers and relevant authorities on legal / constitutional matters.
Job Requirements.
Degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
At least 6 to 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial related work in a professional firm or a listed company.
Good knowledge of processes and electronic filing requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, perform under tight deadlines and is strong in written English.
Those with experience and/or knowledge in the real estate industry and in public listed companies will be preferred.
