The Role
This position will provide secretarial and administrative support to the department.
Job Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
- Submit and monitor of expense claims and disbursements on a timely manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with parties within and outside the organisation.
- Monitor to ensure deliverables in the team are duly met within stipulated timeline given.
- Provide administrative support within the department and support any other projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Degree in Administration or equivalent
- At least 8 to 10 years of administrative and secretarial support experience required.
- Meticulous, organised and have good initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
