Buyback Executive - Store

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections and evaluations of various telecom products across
• different brands.
• Identify device conditions, detect issues, and assess product functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques in the telecom
• industry.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding device assessment and pricing.
• Offer competitive buyback pricing based on market trends and product conditions.
• Convert potential customers inquiring about device prices into buyback transactions.
• Maintain records of buyback transactions and ensure compliance with company
• policies.
• Work collaboratively with store teams to enhance customer experience and optimize
• buyback processes.
• Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in device assessment and repair.

Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and tablets.
• Experience in device repair and problem diagnosis.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in the telecom industry or a similar role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in device buyback, repair, or sales.
• HSC, Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
