QC cum Mobile Technician

Requirements:

Must have a Bike and an Android Smartphone.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Mobile Phone Quality Check (QC):
2. Perform quality checks on various mobile phones, including Android and iOS devices, ensuring that devices meet company standards.
3. Pickup Lead Management:
4. Attend pickup leads assigned by the team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
5. Customer/Vendor Follow-up:
6. Maintain regular follow-up with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or queries.
7. Negotiation Skills:
8. Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve favourable terms with vendors and customers, improving business outcomes.
9. Multi-Brand Mobile Repair Knowledge:
10. Possess in-depth knowledge of repairing multiple brands of mobile phones, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring devices are restored to optimal functioning.
11. Excel Proficiency:
12. Maintain and update data records, perform data analysis, and generate reports using Excel to support operational efficiency.
13. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in mobile phone quality and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, with strong technical expertise and excellent negotiation skills.
