Process Engineer Packaging (Mobile PIE)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good Experience of handling abnormalities and proving effective Solutions.
• Well Familiar with the execution of the process as per SOP & also having skills of preparing SOP.
• Familiar with Zebra Printers and Printing Tools Like Bartender, CODE-SOFT, Label Printing through script writing on MES.
• Good Experience of Mobile Packaging Process & skilled in line Setup as per Daily Production Plan and Client Requirement.
• Daily Equipment & Line Setup, Grounding and Maintenance of equipment as per standard and Production Plan.
• Skilled in handling, testing equipment's & machines, i.e., CCD machine, Audio machine, lamination or tampered pasting machine.
• Well aware of manufacturing terminologies i.e., Takt Time, Cycle Time, Neck Time, LOB analysis, Motion study, UPH, UPPH, IE tools etc.
• Skilled in the mobile testing process, Root cause Analysis of Mobile Defects and implementing effective countermeasures.
• Skilled in handling printing tools & printers.
• Well aware about all Software Tools, MES as well as aware all testing and Packaging Tools i.e., IMEI Writing & Checking Tool, Software Tools, manual & automated testing tools.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Male candidate Preferred Only Mid-level engineer with Minimum qualification required Diploma/ B. Tech / minimum 2- 5 years experience or advanced technical degree.
• Preferred Experience in Mobile Process on Packaging / Electronics/Telecom/ Manufacturing.
• 2-5+ years of experience with Mobile Process Packaging Machine environments or back-end processes in a production cleanroom environment is preferred.
• Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related field (i.e., Electronics/Electrical Mobile, Materials, Production, Manufacturing, Electrical and Electronics) or the equivalent in technical training courses and 2-5+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor or Masters Degree will offset the experience requirement by 2-7 years.
