Admission Counsellor

A dynamic, multitasking female graduate/post graduate candidate having experience of working on a same or equivalent position. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a diverse team of educators and staff.

Sound understanding of educational pedagogy, curriculum development, assessment practices, and regulatory requirements in early childhood education Immediate joining is preferred.

Job Description

• Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and feedback to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
• Ensure the implementation of the Maple Bear curriculum and educational standards, promoting holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching practices, student progress, and learning outcomes, and initiate interventions or enhancements as needed.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in teaching and learning, encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based approaches.
• Prioritize the well-being and safety of students, creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Oversee student admissions, enrollment, and placement processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies.
• Establish positive relationships with students and parents, addressing concerns, providing support, and facilitating communication and engagement in the school community.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, facilities management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing standards, health and safety protocols, and Maple Bear's operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and enrollment trends, and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan and organize school events, workshops, seminars, and outreach activities to promote parental involvement, community partnerships, and student enrichment.
• Represent the school at meetings, conferences, and networking events, advocating for Maple Bear's educational philosophy and values
