A female graduate having an experience of 2-3 years working in preschool or school. Should be good at communication.

Job Description

• Create lesson plans that integrate various learning outcomes. Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities based on the Maple Bear curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Assess the developmental needs and progress of each child through observation, documentation, and assessment tools.
• Provide one-on-one support and guidance as needed to help children reach their full potential.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to foster parental involvement in their child's education.
• Collaborate with parents to support their child's learning and development both at school and at home.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities provided by Maple Bear.
• Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education, child development research, and relevant educational trends.
